I keep on getting my ports scanned. Here is a “who is” report that I got from my Sygate personal fire wall:

Why are these people scanning my ports? I’m just a little bit baffled that they are.

Lol, THE ENTIRE INTERNET IS SCANNING YOU!
0.0.0.0 - 255.255.255.255

"They" aren't scanning you man, that is every IP on the internet that falls into that range. Sygate is not pulling the IP right or they are spoofed packets with faulty IPs/Netmasks to represent this range.
