IE Spyad as a security measure

I'm using this program to add sites in Internet Explorer Restricted Sites:

I believe that it is an excellent program and by adding the registry files in your Windows Registry it will protect your pc a little more.

And to add more protection i'm also using this:

I was curious about it but i find out that it is less work for me to keep my computer clean by using both Hosts and IE Spyad.

Or course i also use Ad Aware, Spybot, Spyware Blaster, Spyware Guard and Microsoft Anti Spyware. I also have Ewido anti spyware that helps my computer to stay clean

Let say that i'm a freak when my computer is concern (and my laptop also) so i don't take any chances

Yip, Internet Explorer again and always.... i have try other browsing software but were not happy with them so i stick to IE
