Remotely Changing Hard Drive Permissions using scripts

Hello,

I am running Server 2003 and have a program that needs access to the hard drives of the computers on my network, how can i make a script that will change the user persmissions from read to read & write usng .bat or .vbs?

Any suggestions or links to other sites are much appreciated.
