System security center?

Anyone seen this before.....It just appeared on my computer.... I think it might be spyware.....It doesn't show as being installed on my PC though...
It looks a lot like the Windows Security center.....

EDIT:
They seem to be links to free spyware online scanners....

It bad. You need use anti-virus's boot up scan

Thanks for the replies!
I have ran spybot and removed it all threats sucessfully, and ran a boot-up scan I think this has solved the problem....
