Security problems "your current security settings will not allow this file to be down

    Hello,
I saw the last thread about the same problem, I need some help resolving my issue.
When I change users I still have the same problem, "Problems clicking links in outlook, cannot download files or click many links, Java problems, cannot open video files.
All of my security settings are set low.
This has been a problem for a few months and I need to take care of it.
I cannot use my windows disk because I did the service pack update, I cannot access help from the microsoft website because I cannot click the links that would allow me to due so.
    Thanks for any help.
    Joe

    What version of Outlook?

There's a registry hack you can do to allow those blocked attachments, links, etc . . .

Look here and just use the registry hack it discusses.
