Help with virus removal

Folks,

I am attempting to remove a virus from my parents computer, but I obviously have no idea what I'm doing....The virus is Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Delf.ZB..... Does anybody here know how to get rid of it manually? They don't have a functioning Virus removal program.

Afterwards install Avast Anti-virus, and Spybot Search & Destroy to get rid any other virus/malware that still might be on your computer (both programs are free).
