    Unhappy Hay IM Jack

     
    Hi dudes
    have had great help from this forum in the past
    I have a virus called
    Trojan Horse Generic9.BBRN
    It causes a screen when i start up my pc telling me it will shut down in 59 seconds
    I have stopped it by disabling my broadband
    And running Shutdown - a
    But now i have run aN AVG scan and when i press "Heal" it says

    "Access to the file has been denied"

    The process being locked is probably explorer. So you need to remove it with a good antivirus program that can quarantine well.
