kaspersky cant clear virus
i had a virus pop up, its a trojan downloader, i cannot get it off my computer with my antivirus,it detected it but wont remove its listed as
Trojan program Trojan-downloader.js.agent.ciw anyone know how i can get this off

Welcome to TechIMO.
Most likely the virus is locked. Reboot your system into safe mode, and do a system scan. Kaspersky should find it, and delete it for you. Before doing so make sure that your Anti-Virus is updated. Let us know the results. Good Luck.
