A hidden file, Shared\_\ that is causing me IMMEDIATE probs

This is literally happening while i type on my other computer.

I tried running AVAST on my computer today and it began scaning this folder

C:\\Documents and settings\HP_owner\Shared\_\

and it had LOADS of files from Agatha christy blah blah to Battlefield to Batman to Zoro. I mean loads and they all end in .exe

so i stopped it and decided to type in the folder and open it up manually since i never saw the \_\ folder in my shared files.

Once i opened it, (which took quite a while since there were thousands of stuff), Mc Affee went crazy and is currently deleting everyone of those files.

It says its deleted as Generc VB.b and says they are all Trojan.

My computer does have a virus problem. When i open IE, its like some random chinese site and i got chinese ads that keep popping up. Firefox is fine though but i normally don't use the computer at all for internet

I mean if McAffe is doing the right thing, Which i believe it is, then there shouldn't be a problem but is there anything i need to do afterwards? Will the files come back after and should i delete the whole ...Shared\_\ folder (which i don't know how to do since i can't right click and delete like normal folders since there isn't a icon for it.)
