Call of Duty 4 says my CD key has been robbed. What do I do?

My sodding CD has been robbed when I just bought the game. I have no idea what to do, and am really annoyed at whatever twat has stolen it. How did they get it, and what should I do? Thanks for any help.

Does is say, "This CD key is already in use"?
If so, that happened to me the other night. I re-typed my key in the options again, then restarted the PC, and that fixed it.

If they have ban. You may need new one.
Please check your system and remove some spyware or antivirus to remove key steal program.

um, I think you mean use your antivirus/adware/spyware detection/scanning software to remove spyware or program that may have stolen key, not remove the antivirus
