VBS/FakeAlert-AB

Has anybody heard of the following virus VBS/FakeAlert-AB

We have 2 machines that have been infected by it. One person uses Linux and the other person is using Windows. I'm trying to find out how this virus is being transmitted. I'm thinking e-mail but the person that uses Linux isn't an e-mail clicker. The virus itself isn't very malicious but it's more of an annoyance.

thanks

New...McAfee Reports 8/21/2008 Trojan

My daughter got this on her PC this week. McAfee detects it as a trojan but doesn't appear to be able to clean it. It's a script-based thing.
