you ask your parents? (or owner of the computer)
Or you could look in the "Add Remove Programs" section of Control Panel, although you most likely wont be able to remove it, you may be able to see if it is installed. What is your concern?

If your a computer administrator then (or have administrative rights) on that machine you may be able to uninstall it through the add/remove programs section, but a program like that may require a password or something to uninstall. In that case if your the computer administrator then you can search for running services, etc. that look suspicious or run a spyware removal prgram (that may pick it up)... |

google is your friend. Step one turn off your caps lock. then search PC PANDORA removal.
Or you can just click the provided link below. Remove PC Pandora (Removal Instructions) » 411-Spyware.com
Spybot search and destroy might work, possibly adaware, keyloggers often show up in antivirus scans as well.
