need help removing virus...

well i downloaded stuff from limewire that apparently gave me a virus and got through norton antivirus. Anyways, I'm having trouble identifying exactly what the virus is, but basically whenever I search and click on one of the results, it brings me to a different page (usually ads, etc.)

I ran adaware and it didn't help and the norton quickscan didnt either (will try full scan later)...

can someone please try to help me?

well now its even worse because i restarted the computer and each time, it comes up with a blue screen and a fatal error...

im running a disk drive scan and hopefully something will be fixed, but obviously something bad happened...

I got this error and followed a troubleshooting thing to reboot the servicepack. So, while I was installing it, it asked me for the intelv whatever cd for modem software and i put that in... now its telling me that im missing the intelcci.dll file and I have no way of locating it on my computer (mouse/keyboard wont work) and it wont let me burn it to the drivers and utilities cd... so i put it on a blank cd but it wont work because it needs to be on the dell cd.

What do i do?!?
