Accidentally erased stored username and password

I cleared my history and cookies and cache and saved passwords and usernames on my computer and like an idiot don't have any of that info written down. I can't remember all my un/pw so I just wondered if they were "stored" somewhere ...I've heard ---on my hard drive maybe..a "swap" file? ---where I can retrieve them after all. Is it possible to undo what I've done so I can get into a website that is not answering me e-mails to send them to me? Just curious. People tell me there is a way to "see" every keystroke on my keyboard...this sounds complicated, scary and too good to be true.
Thanks!

Do you mean the user names and passwords for websites?

If so, which web browser were you using?

Send a message via MSN to Telos Send a message via Yahoo to Telos
there is a way to see your every keystroke but keyloggers are considered spyware or viruses by most anti-viruses, and anti-spyware. even then that doesn't come with windows, and they are hard to get if you don't know where to look.
now the passwords I can't help you with (I never bothered to write any of that stuff down.), but if your talking about websites they usually havea link that says "forgot your password" or something like that.

are you register them with gmail? Check your email address inbox via gmail website, maybe if you lucky, you not erase your email which contain your username and even a password.

I have same problem with you, a few days ago, my notebook Hard Drive damage and I lost my pass and username, in several website, but I get all my username and password again, when I log in to my gmail account.
