| Should I be concerned? What's causing this?
Every time I backup my Quicken Home & Business 2007 data, two rogue files are created in the Backup file. One is a pcAnywhere Caller Index file that I believe is an IDX file. The other is a Video CD Movie file that I believe is a LOG file. Both are about 500 KB in size. I have pcAnywhere installed on my home network but do not use it. This only started happening in recent months. Running XP Pro 2002 with SP3.
As the title asks - is this recurring event anything to be concerned about and what may be causing it? PLEASE, don't even mention Intuit tech support! |
