My friend was on AIM when her cousin sent her a link that she clicked on. It was only later on that she found out her cousin's instant messenger account was hacked and whoever hacked it has been sending the same link to everyone on his buddy list.
She had Eset's NOD32 v3.x anti-virus running, and the program said that the virus attack was blocked. I think her computer should be fine, but she's a bit worried about it, so I thought I'd reassure her by asking the experts here.
