Cleaning my computer

I'm not sure if this is the right spot to post this but I will anyway

! I'm looking to clear my computer of all malware, trojans, etc. Any free programs I could use to help clear it out a little bit. It's been running a little slow lately. Thank you for your time

Maximum PC has an excellent guide they recently posted with links and detailed instructions...
No use rehashing whats already been done well...

all I would add is Revo uninstaller to remove all unnecessary programs and ones you dont use anymore
And then a "slow optimization" by MyDefrag to tidy up all that leftover space...

run CCleaner and then have malwarebytes do a full scan overnight
That way in the morning half the job is done and both are no brainers...
