Nothing here that's new to me... And there's nothing here that's alarming. I thought maybe they retain messenger communication (so no more enc? lol), but this doesn't look to be the case. Everything else is legit crap companies do to comply with laws and aid in marketing BS. Marketing BS is the biggest conspiracy if you ask me. Pay attention to those commercials!
