This is a very strange site..
They have the prices listed for ordering this book,BUT THEY ALSO ALLOW YOU TO DL THE WHOLE THING FREE
Why would anyone pay??

Because if you enjoyed the book and feel the author actually put some work into you can pay for it.
NIN and other bands have done this and its been pretty successful
