Sysinternals antivirus removal
My friend somehow got this antivirus program installed on his computer which has eliminated his ability to surf the web and he cannot run a scan with Clamwin (which is the antivirus software he's been running). I have tried removing the program through the Control Panel (Add/Remove Programs-it does not show up) and also tried deleting it out of the C drive with no success. Can someone walk me through how I can remove this program?

I was finally successful in uninstalling this malware. For those with similar problems, I will post how to do it:
Download Malwarebytes Anti-malware.
Restart your computer in safe mode (hit F8 button repeatedly before you see the windows logo.
Select "Safe Mode".
Launch your antivirus software and run a complete scan (this step did not work for me). Delete all malicious files.
Launch Malwarebytes and perform a full scan (will take 1-2 hours).
Click "ok" when the scan is complete and then click "Show scan results".
Verify all results are spyware/malware, then click "Remove selected".
Go to System Restore and turn off, then back on to remove restore points which are infected with the sysinternal antivirus.
Restart your computer to complete the process.
Once you verify your computer is working properly, create a "check point" in your system restore.
I hope this helps.

It's probably highly rated because of the level of violence. The story is decent.
