    Issue in Secure client

     
    Hi,

    I am connecting my network using secure client(check point), after connected i am not able ping the host name, but able to ping with the host with IP address.

    Any suggestion?

    Is this the same issue as this one (SSL problem If it is, then it is best to leave it as one thread so everyone who is trying to help knows everything else that is going on...



    Anyway, it sounds like you aren't getting DNS resolution - I'm presuming that the device you're trying to PING is on the remote network, in which case you may need to get in touch with the administrator/s who deal with that network...
    I've seen the light... It was green, flashy and attached to a Network Interface Card...
    Whenever someone says "You can't miss it", I invariably do...
