do infected sites clean the infection.

I have been using pr0n site name removed for a long time with no trouble.A few days ago every time I go on I end up having to clean an infection. Is it likely that the site itself will clean the infection so it will be safe to use again? Is there a safe way to check to see if the site is clean yet?If one of you goes to the site and you get no infection but I do what would that mean.I have microsoft security essentials running along with Ad-Watch Live.Thank you. This is related to another question I asked but it seems like a seperate question so I have it as another topic to avoid confusion.

First off what makes you think its just that one site that is giving you the infection? Second why do you think they aren't doing so intentionall? Third obviously if you keep being infected you aren't using enough precautions in the security department and you might want to re-think what you are using!!

Its the only site I use for viewing porn and it recurs when I go to it.I tried it again because I wasn't sure if it was that site. Now I am waiting a while before I try it again. I searched many sites and I only found that one that I liked for viewing porn.It was clean for a long time until now.If they are doing it themselves wouldn't they easily be caught and everyone would stop visiting the site.As a byword I don't know why they have it for free.I might just have to give up viewing it.

Most webmasters dont know their site has been hacked to add that extra code so it stays there till they run across it or someone gives them a tip about it

Well my question really would be what are you being infected with? And as I said what makes you think its just that "one" site? Just because it happens after you visit that site doesn't really many anything unless of course you are getting reoccurring security warnings, in which case you should re-think visiting the site. I didn't see that it tries to install any active x controls or anything that was malicious in the few mins I browsed.

Looking at an older thread you mention getting the AV virus, are you certain you actually removed that? That particular virus, if not cleaned properly will re-install itself. Other virus and trojans if not cleaned appropriately the first time can and will do the same.

when I got the AV I couldn't even get on line to browse or use my anti virus programs. The recent infections didn't prevent me from using my browser in the short period of time I had them. The last time (yesterday) I got the infections ,3 things had to be cleaned, I remember 2 of them had the word adobe in them.Maybe the flash player. If I happen to get infected again I will try to write down the names. One was a trojan and the degree of infection of all three said severe.I'm afraid to try the site again but I prbly will.Did you say you went to the site and it was OK? Maybe its safe now if thats the case.If I have to clean again must I use the complete scan because that takes 3/4 hr with MSE.I have been using my computer as usual with no trouble or warnings since I last cleaned it yesterday with MSE.

Suggestion would be to use firefox with adblock and noscript plugins.

Can disable the bad script and enjoy your site.
