UNREAL!!!!!!!!Government agents can sneak onto your property in the middle of the night, put a GPS device on the bottom of your car and keep track of everywhere you go. This doesn't violate your Fourth Amendment rights, because you do not have any reasonable expectation of privacy in your own driveway — and no reasonable expectation that the government isn't tracking your movements. [more]
This is very scary and disturbing!!!!!!

Why is this scary to you? Are you doing something illegal?

They'd have to enter my garage to find my car at home, where I expect it would be illegal for them to enter without a warrant. I think the government has better things to do than to track where I go anyway.
I can just see the conversation now:
Agent 1: "Where's howste now?"
Agent 2: "I'm not sure - his car's at the airport again."
Agent 1: "I just love government work."
Agent 2: "Are you going to eat that donut?"

As much as I dislike "aiding and abetting" Dude111's [usually] random and pointless threads, the basics of the story in that case are:
Person doing illegal activity
Person living in a caravan ('trailer' for those in the US)
Nothing to physically mark out the area that could be considered the "curtilage" of said abode
Resultion:
Don't partake in illegal activities that could lead to the policing forces wanting to follow you.
Don't live in a 'trailer park' - or, if you do, put up a fence to mark out your curtilage.
I somehow doubt that Dude has a girlfriend...I've seen the light... It was green, flashy and attached to a Network Interface Card...Whenever someone says "You can't miss it", I invariably do...

More frightening than the government tracking my car is the Russians tracking my dog.
