I have an infection that doesnt exist but does... but doesnt... etc..

So i got this infection earlier that typically disables many system tools so after reloading from a previous date, everything was fine... except one thing...

I have windows defender, Avast Pro, Malwarebytes, hijackthis.. I've ran CCleaner... NOTHING is being found anywhere...

but every few minutes, Avast will popup saying a temp folder has been created in Windows\Temp and is trying to execute a setup.exe file which is found to be a Win32 Malware\gen trojan...

No evidence in registry startup, task manager or ANY software tools listed above finds anything...

So i have a trojan that is there but isnt..

this must be some new infection because everything is up to date but many tools cant find it, only avast can actively see it in use to stop it.
