    If possible without opening computer, I have tried hitting f12 and changing the password to nothing, I have tried reseting but nothing. Please help!

    ***KNOW THE PASSWORDS JUST DONT WANT THEM TO BE THERE***

    If you know the password you should be able to simply enter the passwords and then turn the prompt for password off.

    The pics you took simply showed the password enter screen.

    Perhaps take a pic after that so we can give a little more specific help.

    I was browsing the Toshiba forums earlier when I saw this and it looks like it might be a common issue. Seems as though once you set-up a password the bios always prompts for one to be entered. The only common solution was leave the password fields blank and press <enter>. That didn't appear to work in some cases but might be worth a try.

    The only other thought is to look around in the bios and see if there is any way of setting it as disabled. Beyond that doing a total reset would be the only other option I could think of.
