Restrict use of setup.exe and install.exe

Hello all,

My question is simple but i can't found answer on Net...

Is that a way to disallow user to run setup.exe and install.exe or other filename we decide to without an expensive software?

I am working on a windows 2000 Active Directory network.

Thanks a lot.

In a GPO, go to User Config, Admin templ., System, Don't Run specified Windows applications and then Enable it, while entering setup.exe and install.exe in the list.
