Unhappy
locked out of .mdb file

Although I don't think I'm gonna get much clarity here, I was wondering if there is any alternative way to get in a MS Access database file thats been password protected. We dont know which user set the password on it, so nobody knows the password. I played around in the properties window/advanced/ etc.. with no luck. Anyone have any ideas? too many users with admin rights....ugh

Well, i've cracked my first password! I feel so dirty.....lol. I ended up using a similar tool called Advanced Access Password Recovery. The demo version gave me the first three characters .......all numeric and told me I had two more characters in the password. I went on the hunch that the rest would also be numeric and tried 35 entries before I got in. Great tool IMO. I will reference it in the future. Thanks for putting me on the right track daveleau.
