More than 4+ IDE drives?

Is it possible to install more than 4 IDE drives (HDs, CD-ROM, CD-RW,
DVD-ROM, DVD-Rx, etc) in a home computer system (PM, PS, SM, SS)?

If so, how and what is needed?

Sure.. you just need another IDE PCI card.

something like this will work fine.

ablang,
FYI: Several of the Gigabyte Nforce2 boards can accomodate up to a total of 10 devices, including the 2 SATA ports.......

The main reason that I got my Gigabyte GA 7N400 Pro, at any given time I will have 2 optical drives, and anywhere from 3 to 6 Hard drives.

Laterz,
dafanman
