BACKUP solutions sought for 50-100 user network

What is a typical "backup/disaster recovery solution" for a network of 50-100 users (but only a dozen users or so really need to be backed up)? And what is involved in setting it up?

Quantity of data to backup and the method doesn't directly relate to the number of users.

What is the volume of data to be backed up?
What frequency of backup is adequate for your companies needs?
Do you have SQL or other similar database that needs backed up?
What are the OSes involved?
What kind of recovery time is allowable (minutes, hours, days, weeks)?
What types of disasters are you protecting against (building, site, city, virus, etc)?
Do you need to meet regulations with this solution?

Okay, a couple are probably far fetched for you but there is more thought needed before a reasonable estimation could be given.

Volume of data (educated guess at this point, because most of it resides on end-user machines) <80 GB,

Frequency: 2-3 times a week

SQL?: No, but 2 other MSDE-based (I think) databases (like a library database)

OS: Primarily WIN2000Pro, some WIN98 yet, and some XP Pro

Recovery time targeted: Typically 4-8 hours

Disaster type: building, data loss or corruption of any type

Regulation?: No, not at this point.

Thanks! Any other considerations?
