Opinion on hard drive coolers?

Currently I have two maxtor HDs in my comp... one 80 GB and the other 160GB, both 7200pm. I was thinking of buying one of those western digital 120GB, 7200rpm HDs on sale at Circuit City for $40 after rebates but I heard western digitals run pretty hot (never had any problems w/ maxtor so always used them). My computer has OK cooling... but with the addition of this third hard drive that could all change. What are some opinions on hard drive coolers. Like do they work and which ones/type work the best? I have to mount this third HD in a 5.25 bay cuz my 3.5 bay that only holds two HDs is full. I was thinking of getting two coolers that would mount directly onto my current HDs and getting and getting a cooler that would cover the drive bay that I would put my third HD in. Would this be a good idea or would just a cooler for my new drive surrfice?

I use a Vantec 5.25 cooler. It's pretty nice, drops my hd temps by about 15 to 25 degrees C. Has high/low/off settigns and digi readout.

But if you are looking to cool 3 drives you may just want to get a new case with a few hard drive fans in front.
