| Help with sil 3112 floppy SATA ata
Hey guys help! I have replaced a WD raptor that was toast,with a seagate 80 gig ata 150 sata drive my bios is picking up the new drive but my floppy drivers that worked with the previous drive during installation wont work now.
I have tryed all I know to make a new floppy with update sil drivers and to no avail, please help if you can,  my MB is a gigabyte 7nnxp can anyone help me get the right drivers and help me make a new floppy?

Ok let me try again I have the sata sil 3112 and 3112r driver file from this site. http://www.giga-byte.com/Motherboard...r_GA-7NNXP.htm How do I make a floppy that will work with th f-6 function during installation? And wich file do i need the si3112 or si3112r or both? |

driver = disk1,si3112.sys, Si3112
driver = disk1,SiWinAcc.sys, SiFilter
inf = disk1,SI3112.inf
dll = disk1,SilSupp.cpl
catalog = disk1, Si3112.cat
the floppy is gonna look like that

try this.
its the si3112.
your board is siad to have si3112A...................(whatever that is)
try the attachment.
extract the files to a floppy
hit f6 at the beginning of setup (make sure f-lock is on if applicable)
follow the on screen instructions...........
post back if it works or if you get errors.
i still haven't got makin my tea............. |
