Long boot time

Ok I have 3 hard drives in the order that follows.

WD 160gig SATA 2 that has my windows install on it. Third IDE Master
WD 80gig SATA 1 that has all my games installed to it. Forth IDE Master
Maxtor 60gig IDE that has my music and movies on it. Third IDE Slave

Now from the bios flash screen it take like 6 minutes to boot into windows and i cant even get in the bios. I seems as if its having a hard time detecing all my addons persay. If i unhook all the drives except the windows one then I boot quickly please help i want to use all my gigs together.
