IDE to SATA copy won't boot.

I've recently purchased a 74GB Western Digital Raptor to upgrade my old 40GB 5400prm Caviar. I've got Norton Ghost installed and made what appears to be an exact copy of the drive. I, for the life of me, can't seem to get the new drive to boot though. I've got the SATA drivers installed afaik because I've already been running 2 200GB SATA drives for about 6 months now. I've checked all the settings in the BIOS and it's set to boot from the SATA drive first. Heck I've gone as far as to try booting with only the raptor connected and i alwas get "Error Loading OS."

Hardware is as follows:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800
ASUS A8N SLI Premium
1GB Mushkin RAM
1GB Corsair RAM
WindowsXP Pro on a 40GB WD Caviar IDE <- Current Boot Drive
2 200GB WD Caviar SATA drives used for storage
