Ok, I'm using a Windows XP 2006 model, and whenever I attempt to run any kind of disk in my disk drive, the autoplay feature does not work. Also, when I attempt to manually run it through the 'run' option, it basically tellls me that there is no disk for Drive D. I've tried reinstalling this this through my device manager, and I still have this problem in that I cannot play any disk whatsoever. Can someone please help me out? I'm practically on my knees here.
