| ATA - PATA - HEEEEELLLP!!!
Hey friends,
I have a PowerMac G4. The hard drive just froze up. Won't boot. So it's time for a new one. According to www.everythingmac.com, this computer requires an Ultra ATA/66 (ATA-5) hard drive. Given the age of this machine... it seems those drives do not exist anymore (at least not brand new).
I'm a moron. Can anyone tell me what to buy (brand new) that will work? I do know that this computer will accept TWO hard drives internally but that neither of the two can exceed 128 Gig (each).
What I want is for someone to find me a drive that will work and perhaps just send me a link. I need this to be WAY dumbed down!!!
Yours in humility,
Luke
