E: drive
I just formatted a Dell pc and the hard disk drive came up as E: instead of C:. Is there anyway I can change it to C: w/o having to reformat?

Hello,
Go into Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Computer Management/Disk Management, and right click on the drive you want to change. Your going to most likely have to change the drive that is currently being read as "C:" to a letter that isn't being used (example: "I:"). Then change the "E:" drive to "C:", then the "I:" drive to "E:". Take Care.

Hello,
My bad...too much Ouzo last night, should have read it more carefully.
Try doing this, this may work. If not you can leave it how it is Drive ("E:"), unless you actually want the drive to show up as drive "C:".
