The drive is toast. Dell may be able to supply a loaded replacement, but your data is pretty much gone. I would suggest a backup plan for critical data in the future. External hard drives are really cheap and really large these days.
I realize that you're new here, but you should start your own thread instead of resurrecting old ones. You will get quicker help that way.
