getting video file off SD card

hello all..
Im having an issue when i put my SD card in my hp printer (the only device I have to read the card) I can only access the pictures, and if I go into my computer I see the F: drive but no files when i peruse the device.. any suggestions/programs i can dl to read the card?

it could be the LOCK switch on the side of the card stoppin you access the files....i had that problem

there are all these folders that some are empty but some have files.. i found um.. peace

it sounds like there is something to do with the hardware of the printer or the card... it may be faulty or not formated properly........BUT im not sure!!!

when the cards are formatted by a device, they automatically have/create folders set up for Images & Video, & in some cases sound... etc, some folders may be empty some have files...

but it seems he figured it out.
