"Computer Management" does not appear in Administrative Tools
I want to change the letters of my hard-drives so that my external harddrive always is designated letter H. Opening the Administrative Tools menu in Control panel does not offer any other choices than two Microsoft Net Framework tools. This is where I am supposed to find the Computer Managenment icon. Why is it not there? May I re-install this function?

are you logged into Windows as administrator? I can't remember exactly how, but when I installed XP on this system last year, I made sure it was installed/enabled during the initial install on the system. but normally if I remember right, most people need to be logged in as admin to access it anyways.
