Make it a Slave or a Master?

I have 2 hard disk for my office PC.

The master is only a 80 gigabyte space and its got OS in it and just programs. No games, videos or music whatsoever. Games and so on are all in my old hard disk, an 80 gig, which was set as slave.

My 2nd hard disk (new) in which I just bought today is a about 300 gig.

My question is, should I reformat my computer all over again, and make my new hard disk as master, with OS installed, programs and everything, and create a new partition to put in games, music and videos etc?

OR

Shall I just make my 300 gig hard disk as slave and just make it as storage, while leaving my 80 gig which is currently set as master?

I need suggestions and tell me what I should do now.

It shouldnt really matter. Just to save work and time, I'd add the new drive as a slave. Here's a fun idea though, and perhaps a third option. Back up everything on the 300 GB drive, format the 2 80s and set up a RAID 0 or RAID 1 array. That's only if you're feeling especially adventurous though.
