Trouble with a Sandisk 2GB MicroSD card and a Sandisk Mobilemate SD+ SDDR-104

Hi. I've recently purchased a Sandisk 2GB MicroSD card (microSD Mobile Memory Kit), and the Mobilemate SD+ (SDDR-104). However, when using the Mobilemate+, my computer is not able to find the MicroSD card. I have attempted to format the MicroSD card on my friends Verizon White Chocolate Cell Phone, but to no avail. I could really use some help. Thanks.

Have you looked in Disk Management to see if a letter is assigned to this reader? How about Device Manager?

Try HP Format Tool to format the SD card.
