fixing corrupted files software suggestions

i looking for a program that can fix a corrupted install sheild file i cannot not install anymore programs on my laptop because of this or any program that uses install shield. so is there anyway to fix like say a computer repair program that find these sort of errors?

in my last post below, is my current issue and i dont want to loose any of my files right now, so i cant get the hard replaced and also my warranty is over with too
