Not picking up second hardrive.

Well I have 2 hardrives in the desktop that I use, one a 10gb, and another a 160gb(secondary), well when I go to my computer the second hardrive is not being picked up. What should I do to install or pick it up, or what may I be doing wrong. All suggestions are appreciated.

Check the jumper pins on both drives....Try Master/Slave or CS for both.

You need to look in Disk Management (DISKMGMT.MSC). Disk Management is well hidden. The easiest way to get to it and other consoles is to right-click My Computer and select "Manage".

Here, you can import a drive, partition, format and reletter it. You may need to delete the partition and then recreate it, but first try assigning a new drive letter.
