Hello all,
I have a new Acomdata 250gb USB Hybrid drive that I purchased several months ago. Just hooked it up today and no problems there.
It has the Nomad Mobile Desktop software bundle installed and has to be activated if you want to use it. When screen box pops up that allows you to activate the software, there is a portion of the screen image that does not show up. It tells you to check Yes or No to activating the bundle, but you can't see any checkboxes. So you can't activate the software.
Has anyone else had this problem and found a way around it?
It appears that Acomdata has been sold or gone out of business as I have tried to access their websites that wont come up and call their phone number that has been disconnected.
