Two-Part Partition???

I am currently diagnosing a system with a two-part partition (in the computer management/storage sector of the admin tools in Windows Vista), it displays two distinct partitions that make up the overall correct size of the entire drive (and are marked with the same drive letter ... weird).

Never seen this issue before. Note the client informed me that the issue occurred after using Acronis Backup software and then attempting to resize the partition. Anyone know a way of fixing this issue?

Find out which drive actually has Windows on it first.

You can change the drive letter on the second partition to whatever you like in Disk Management. Right-click on My Computer and select "Manage". Disk Management is on the bottom left.
