Windows 7 ISO help

I just recently got a version of Windows 7 x63-bit edition from my college as an ISO file and was wondering what the best course of action would be. I haven't messed with ISO files other than running them with an OS installed so I don't know what I need to do if I'm using it to install an OS. Suggestions? Programs?

As far as I know, you have to make a boot\install disk. The easiest way would be to find a computer with a writable DVD drive and a burning program. It needs to be a DVD because of the size of the Win 7 ISO file. Most newer burner programs will let you burn boot disks using an ISO file. Really can't be more specific without knowing what program will be used.

just about any CD or DVD burning program should support burning ISO's

each program varies on how to do that, but just use one of those and burn the ISO image to a disk, label it and you should be able to boot from it (might have to change your settings in the Bios on the computer to use it on, to boot from CD first before Hard drives, to boot into the setup)

for a free one I usually use CDBurnerXP CDBurnerXP: Introduction and News
