Hard Drive Transfer?
Is there any way to transfer the contents of an IDE Hard Drive to an SATA Hard Drive? They are both internal and it would be nice if I could just use both...

You can clone the drive with something like Acronis True Image Home, or most of the HDD manufactures offer free solutions for transferring data to and from various drives
