Whats happening to my HDD??

Hi i have recently had problems with my hard drive it keeps loosing memory when i haven't installed or saved anything so i decided to factory reset my laptop and it did nothing my hard drive started slowly filling up again and today i installed microsoft office which only takes 600Mb of space and since installing it i have lost 6Gb? Why is this happening??

Yer but i have reset my computer back to when i bought it deletes everything you have to create user account again so cant be cause everything was erased

Okay well have a look with that scanner it will show you everything on your HDD and you can see what is taking up all the space. Have you run disk cleanup?
