i have a 1TB external hard drive that has loads of things on it that use to stream to my xbox 1 and other pc's on my network, i used this drive on a pc that broke when i was using windows vista so i got a new pc and i thought all was well but when i went to put stuff on the drive from the new pc i get told i need permission from the owner but thats me all be it im on a new system. i dont have 1tb to copy all files to a new drive. is there a way i can use this drive to the full and copy/delete files from it? i have looked at the security on the drive and it says i can read & execute, list folders and read but i cant change the settings its very annoying!. the new system is windows 7 if that makes any diff though i have tried to fix it on another vista system and still have same prob
