Backup software

I'm looking for simple (and preferably free) backup software that does the following:
* performs scheduled backup of changed (incremental) files in particular folders.
* Disk to disk transfer
* Disk over network transfer

I've been using Handy Backup and paid for the original version. However, they seem to want money to upgrade, although I seem to remember free upgrades as a selling point.

When you say disk to disk, do you mean imaging one drive to another like ghost?

I should have been more clear. This is simple file copy of files from one disk to another.

Don't forget that you can use XCOPY....
